The Work We Do

P4K offers Omaha youth a solid foundation for lifelong success, stewarding them through critical academic transitions and preparing them to successfully achieve higher education and financial stability. It is our mission to engage and inspire students from preschool to graduation, guiding them to success with individualized support, career exploration, and scholarships.

Nestled beside the newly renovated Gene Leahy Mall and within walking distance of the historic Old Market, P4K’s location allows employees to spend their lunch breaks exploring unique dining opportunities and strolling through a beautifully manicured park.

I'm passionate about the work I do at P4K because of the relationships I build with the families. I served their children and connect them to so many resources from the Omaha community.

Damien Coran, Program & Curriculum Supervisor

Our Culture

We are committed to being a highly effective and contemporary organization, making waves in the youth development and mentoring sectors. Partnership 4 Kids has over three decades of experience providing college-bound mentoring and goal-setting programs to Omaha’s students. We cultivate the community’s next generation of leaders through academic support, postsecondary exploration and career readiness. Dedicated staff, AmeriCorps service members, and community volunteers help place P4K students on a pathway to lifelong success. We value and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, respect, accountability, and inclusivity.

Our Commitment to DEIA

Partnership 4 Kids believes in equity and inclusion for all.

Partnership 4 Kids is proud to employ, partner with, and serve a diverse group of individuals in the Omaha Metropolitan area. Incorporating staff and mentors from a variety of cultures and backgrounds allows us to better meet the individual needs of each of our students. We value and cultivate the unique perspectives of each person on the P4K team and encourage respectful collaboration across all areas. P4K is committed to creating an environment where inclusion and freedom of expression are experienced by all regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, age, or disability.
