Viridiana Almanza is a bilingual program coordinator for Partnership 4 Kids’ elementary school team. Her main areas of responsibility are coordinating the volunteers at and serving the students and families of Field Club, Jackson and Kellom Elementary Schools. “Viri” as she likes to be called, says the best part of her job is having the opportunity to make a difference in so many students’ lives at such a young age.
Viri is a graduate of University of Nebraska, Kearney and has a dual degree in history and political science. Before coming to work for Team P4K, Viri worked as the coordinator for DREAMers Project Coalition and also worked as an interpreter and paraprofessional for Gibbon Public Schools.
Outside of work, Viri loves traveling, meeting new people, trying new foods, reading and spending time with her family.
