Damien Coran is a member of P4K’s middle school program staff.  The primary groups of students he serves are the 7th and 8th grade students at McMillan Middle School.  As a middle school coordinator, Damien plans and oversees the group mentoring meetings and also meets with each student individually on a regular basis. He says the best part of his job is getting to know his students and being taught the latest in “what’s cool.”

One of Damien’s biggest passions is helping students to succeed. He has more than ten years of experience working with young people and their families and continues to volunteer his time helping local high school students find scholarships for college.

Damien is a graduate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a bachelor’s degree in English.  While earning his degree, he was extremely involved in campus life, both as an athlete and as a student  senator.

These days, Damien still likes to keep busy.  His hobbies include roller skating, juggling, biking, reading and writing short stories.
