Collecting data and tracking the progress of 4,500 students and nearly 400 community volunteers is no simple task, but thanks to a recent grant award, provided by Omaha Community Foundation, it will soon become as easy, breezy as point and click.
On April 28th, Partnership 4 Kids was awarded a $3,000 grant to assist with the agency’s implementation of new data management system, called CiviCore. Not only will this state of the art system help streamline P4K’s tracking and data collection efforts such as student and volunteer demographics, but it will also improve agency efficiency and even increase ease and consistency for community-wide sharing, comparison and assessment, allowing our agency to take a more active role in youth-focused initiatives at large.
P4K plans to have the new system up and running for the beginning of the 2014/2015 school year.
