It has been a busy summer at Partnership 4 Kids!  In addition to student workshops, planning curriculum, volunteer events, fundraisers and more, the P4K team also managed to pick up a few new staff members!

Meet Damien Coran, Grace Foley and Karime Rios!

Damien and Karime are joining P4K’s programming staff and Grace is the newest addition to the administrative team.

Damien will be working primarily with the 7th and 8th grade students at McMillan Middle School. He is seriously passionate about helping his students succeed and has more than 10 years of experience working with students and families. Damien says he loves learning from his students almost as much as he loves teaching them.

In addition to his work, Damien is also a bit of a comedian. He loves to laugh, has a talent for juggling and even has his own collection of “yo momma” jokes, which he will happily share upon request.

Grace will be working as a part=time assistant to the office administration team.  Grace comes to P4K from the Metropolitan Community College work-study program.

When Grace is not helping out with special projects and keeping the staff organized, she is busy earning her associate’s degree in political science from MCC.

Karime will be working P4K’s South Omaha schools and will primarily be serving the 7th and 8th grade students at Marrs Middle School and the 9th grade students at South High School.
